By accessing or using any website, software, or services provided by Multimodex AI (including Mudra AI), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Multimodex AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Multimodex AI develops and provides AI-powered software systems and digital platforms. Mudra AI is one of our domain-specific products focused on structured GST and tax intelligence.

Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Features, availability, and functionality may evolve, particularly during pre-launch or beta phases.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

While certain products may be designed with Indian regulatory frameworks in mind, users are responsible for ensuring lawful use within their jurisdiction.

You agree to use Multimodex AI services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Upload or process fraudulent, fabricated, or illegal documents
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated access without authorization
• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Misrepresent data within compliance or analytical workflows
• Use the services in violation of applicable laws or regulations

All software, algorithms, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Multimodex AI.

No license or ownership rights are granted except for limited use strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Mudra AI and other Multimodex AI products are designed as analytical and decision-support tools. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance, tax filings, and professional decisions. Outputs generated by our systems should be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multimodex AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Data uploaded for product use is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable security standards.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law. Termination does not waive any accrued rights or liabilities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patiala, Punjab, India.
